Material : Eggs 6pcs Red Tail Shrimps 300g(shell removed) Salt 1 spoon Oil 6 spoons Egg White 1 spoon Starch 3 spoons Salt 1/3 spoon Ajinomoto 1/8 spoon
Method: 1.Wash and clean the shell removed shrimps, dry the body with towel, marinade then deep fry with oil and drop the oil and wait for other procedures.
2.Stir the eggs with marinades then pour into the heated oil to fry, pour more hot oil on top, add shrimps and fry for 10 sec. then put on plate to serve.
