During office hours (9:00am-5:00pm, Mon-Fri & 9:00am-1:00pm, Sat)
(except public holidays),direct contact our customer service at (852) 8201 2330.

- Customers order at our company(including shopping at online, fax or telephone ordering), you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set out below.

Ordering Terms

- Pls fax the completed order from to 8201-2303 or call 8201-2330. If you placing an order before 10a.m, when we received the order from you,we will confirm the order of the goods and notify the customer of delivery time arrangements or pickup.We are the fastest will be on the same working day at delivery or arrange to pickup. All places our company final decision.

Payment Methods

- Cash only (pls payment to our courier). All prices are subject to change,or have any dispute,places our company final decision. (Our company will be customer-oriented & winning by quality)

Delivery arrangements

- Picking-up: Mon - Fri (11am-4:30pm) & Sat (11am-12:30pm) with discount.

- Order delivery time: Mon-Sat, For NT districts: Tue, Fri, Sat.Free delivery on purchases over $1,000 then,if order for less than $1,000 & need to be arrange delivery at a cost: Kowloon - HK$120, the New Territories or HK Island -HK$180 & per delivery in remote areas would be a surcharge.

- Delivery time can not be specified, only ~1 hour before the delivery, delivery drivers will be notified by phone. Delivery service is not for the delivery location on the 1/F or above without the lift.We will once again determine the pre-delivery orders,such as can not be contacted, the Company may suspend delivery.

- If adverse weather conditions, such as thunderstorm,typhoon or black rainstorm warning is hoisted came into effect, or cause traffic delays due to weather, delivery service will have the opportunity to be suspended. Delivery time to make alternative arrangements. (Tung Chung, Discovery Bay, Lantau Island and the other Islands with no delivery service.)
