Method 1. Cut basis pattern on squids and cut it into 1" x 1.5" pcs. 2. Clean the Dry Red Chilli with wet towel, cut them into half inch, dig out the seeds. 3. Heat up 3 cups of oil in the fry pan, deep fry the squid pieces,(appx.3 sec), till the squids rolled then gain them out and wait the oil drop. 4. Add 3 spoons oil onto the fry pan, add the dry chilli then fry them to dark color. 5. Add grinded gingers, garlics and material2, fry them to thick sauce with larger heat. 6. Add the fried squids, stir them quickly and fry a while, then add a spoon of boiled oil. Finished by putting them on plate. |
